Congratulations to TYR Brand Ambassador and Long Distance Openwater Swimmer – Simon Ince – on his World Record swim across False Bay this past Sunday.
The recently held Standard Bank Ironman 70.3 Buffalo City added a few more challenges this year with some cold and breezy conditions.
TYR Sponsored Athlete and Openwater specialist Henre Louw posted some impressive results over the holidays placing 1st in all his events on the circuit as well as a 3rd place podium spot in Nelspruit 10km Grand Prix ( 1st SA athlete )
The Cape Ultra got underway in perfect conditions this past Sunday morning. TYR Athlete and brand Ambassador Mariella Sawyer dominated the women’s ( and some of the men’s) race to post an outstanding result and retain the top step of the podium.
