TYR sponsored athlete, Kevin Paul boasts a new Championship Record and a gold medal on the third day of the IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

It was a proud moment for Paul, breaking his own Championship Record, winning the gold medal and touching the wall in a Paralympic Qualification time of 1:04.50 in the SB9 100m breaststroke.

“This competition is a great building block for Rio 2016 and it will be good to stand on the block next year as reigning World Champion.

“This achievement means a lot to me and it does wonders for my confidence going forward as good swims come from confidence and hard training.” concluded Paul.
