Keelyn took 1^st & 3^rd place (Age 25 – 29) respectively at the Ironman 70.3 Texas and Ironman 70.3 New Orleans.

Showing excellent form, Keelyn ran sub 90 min in the both races.

Keelyn trains with My Training Day in Cape Town.
