The annual Tygerberg Aquatics Swimathon took place this past Saturday, 30 August 2014.

TYR sponsored goggles as part of prizes for the swimmers.

The Swimathon is swum as a relay with relay teams consisting of two swimmers. The teams have one hour to swim as many lengths as they can within that time (one swimmer per team is in the water at one time and alternate turns for the hour).
